> Cancellation Policy <

  No charge for cancellation with 48 or more hours notice.
  $50 fee for cancellation between 24 and 48 hours.
  $100 fee for cancellation with less than 24 hour notice.
  Full inspection fee for cancellation on day of inspection.
  (GST charges applicable to all above charges).
